the X in the upper right corner is greyed out, why?
I have a gateway laptop. I have xp pro. I have office 2003. When I open
excel, the application has the X in the upper right hand corner greyed out. I can't close out the application without going to File, and then Exit. [ or Close, or whatever] What am I missing? |

Had the same problem. Even though I have GW7 client installed. Followed your link and immediately resolved the issue. Thanks!
