Formula Probs

I was kindly given this formula to use in my worksheet,
=IF(A2=1,L1,IF(A2=2,L2,IF(A2=3,L3,IF(A2=4,L4,IF(A2 =5,L5,IF
(A2=6,L6,IF(A2=7,L7,IF(A2=8,L8,IF(A2=9,L9,"")))))) ))) but
it seems to error on the 9th it seems to be at the line
break
Any ideas anyone
