Default Row Deletion Using Text Trigger?

Is it possible to write a macro that can delete an entire
row of data if there is a certain text string in a
particular column ? here is some sample data:

A B C D
1 10 20 30 40
2 10.1 20.2 30.3 40.5
3 10.2 LC 30.7 -999.25

In this case, I would want to delete row 3. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. I tried a couple of things,
but I'm too embarrassed to post these attempts. Thanks.
