Default Excel / VBA

I think we're headed in the right direction. I've added
the happy fave and selected assign macro (load) . If you
could please send an example.

I have had the same problem in the past.

In module write

sub load()
Load Userform_name
Userform_name.show
End Sub

Try inserting a control from the
view - toolbars - customize - macros
Drag happy face into tool bar
right click on happy face and select assign macro
select load

If I am going in right direction e-mail me & I will send
example

-----Original Message-----
I have a button on an excel spreadsheet that links to a
form with VBA code behind it.

I get the following erros when I click on the button.

Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.

The instructions at "0x000000" referenced memory
at "0x000000". The memory could not be "read".

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks !!!
