Default Single Sheet - Calculate Manually

Here you go! Just change the variable strSheetName to the name of the
sheet you mentioned.

Sub CalculateAllExcept()

strSheetName = "Sheet I don't want calculated"

For Each sht In Sheets
If sht.Name < strSheetName Then
sht.Calculate
End If
Next sht

End Sub
