Where can I find advanced info on Excel Charts?
I want to do a Clustered Column or Stacked Column chart with a line above the
columns that represents a maximum, like total available hours for the timeframe represented by the columns. |

Jon Peltier has instructions for adding a horizontal line to a chart:
