Default Combining Data on a pie chart

I have a data range that I am charting to show percentage of total of the
various data categories. The problem is there are a lot of categories under
2% I wish to combine into 1 entitled 'Misc'

Does anyone know a way to combine several data points into one.

TIA - Mark

Try selecting a Pie chart and choosing Pie of Pie or Bar of Pie.

Barb,

Thanks, that combines the small percentage data but then shows those points
as a subset pie or bar. I just want to combine them into one? Any further
suggestions?

Thanks - Mark

Mark -

It might be easiest of all to do a little math in the spreadsheet to add up these
Misc slices, and plot the adjusted data.
