Default Excel chart like the FTSE chart

I want to create a chart from readings that are taken
every half hour every day over a month. The data is in a
table format with the half hours across the top and the
days down the lefthand side. I want to plot a chart that
gives the half hour readings in a single series - much
like the FTSE tracking changes every half hour through the
day every day. Any ideas
