Default Strange Error Message

Hello everyone,

found the problem!!
It was a change in the registry as I thought.
The key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command
was changed to the value
"%1 %*"
But the right value for that is
"\"%1\" %*"

After changing, every Exe file will open without any strange error
message like Path not found.
